Enough that she keeps rising closer to him for a better look. On her way she does her own flip in the air, the arc of her flaming hair extending to make almost a complete circle. There's always been an inordinate amount of freedom and fun to her in the skies. ]
[ Yamada is delighted by Kori’s display. His head, previously just a space-age helmet, alters just so he can smile. The glass bulb becomes just a visor, his signature green, so a biological metal lower jaw can be free. Watching her inspires him, and in strategic spots of the external ring small jets sprout on angling arms. It's not too graceful, but getting better, as he performs a barrel roll to set the method. Finding it satisfactory, he drifts closer to her.
His voice can be heard now, electronic as it is. He doesn't have lungs for pushing air now, he has a speaker in his throat. His arms are extended to her, fingers splayed, asking for her support. She's the better flyer by miles. ]
[ He doesn't have to wait for her to take his hands for support, casually lending some of her strength for him to lean on should he so choose. The curiosity in her eyes lingers as she keeps tilting her head around and to the side to try to get a look at his different sides and changes. She can't help herself, emotions just come as they come and this is really curious! ]
Fortunately for you there are no galaxies you have to go through. Shall we land?

Would you be injured if you crashed? [ Something tells her the answer is no and the lightness to her voice betrays that she's not entirely worried. With the natural warmth that radiates from her body she's hardly bothered by his body heat. Even if he were searing it wouldn't be like she would take note of it.
With a slightly more strength than she might have with someone other than him she squeezes his hand to guide him back down. It's entirely possible he may notice she seems to be heading straight for the water rather than on the beach. Claims cannot be made that Kori doesn't have a playful side and they are both hot. Maybe they need to cool off. ]
[ Yamada’s voice picks up its special, singing vibration of fused laughter and words when he answers her question. ]

He loves that they’re learning not to restrain themselves with each other- Kori using her attractive, immense strength and Yamada more comfortably outrageous shapes. A drop into the sea sounds just fine right now, even if there may be steam mixed into the splash. ]
You are truly most ridiculous. [ But she enjoys the ridiculous. It does result in her retaliating some with her own sort of free silliness: she commits fully to 'guiding' him into a landing right into the water. Knowing that she doesn't have to be careful with tugging him down she zips off the final distance until they're both splashing down into the cool water.
Even as they go under she keeps a tight grip on him and his strange shapes with her hand. The fact that she's as strong as she is makes it easy enough to push them back up so they can both break through the surface. The first thing she does after taking a breath is throw her head back in a laugh, long wet hair rising up in a wide arc. ]
[ Yamada's current body is durable, the tough metal able to handle a crash landing, and her strength is interesting stimulation. He whoops as they smash into the water with a force that would injure any ordinary human, and his voice turns into a warble when they sink beneath the waves.

He isn't so good at floating, though, so her strength is welcome in hauling him up to the surface, and he joins her laughter, water pouring over his body, running along the contours of his metal skin. The ring protruding from his back clicks apart into two halves, the central arm splitting in two to press against the surface. Acting like the feet of a water strider to keep him afloat. ]
You like it. [ He says it with confidence. It warms him up to know it, that such an amazing person likes him for all his ridiculousness. ] Now. I believe kisses were discussed?
I do. [ She would never even consider denying that. Besides, she's honest to a fault and couldn't even if she wanted to. It's refreshing to have someone so absolutely willing to embrace her whims with as much passion as she has with them. Which means it's easy for her to yank him in, even with his strange form (or maybe she enjoys that a little more). ]

[ As someone who plays word games and lives half truths all the time, Kori’s instinctual honesty is intensely magnetic. Almost automatically he wants to be close to her.
He likes it when she says she likes him. He loves it when her power is used on him. He absolutely adores it when she kisses him. The metal is smooth and unyielding, and when her tongue passes over the small seams with their electronic lines of light gets a small, ozone tinged taste. A tingle of energy with it- the discharge makes him gasp and twitch. ]
Oh! [ He hadn't expect it, and laughs boyishly at the surprising sensation. His head tips back, offering her everything he has. His voice, even with the mechanical crackle, couldn't get warmer when he speaks. ] I like you too.
[ It's strange, the feeling of placing a kiss on him like that. But truthfully she's rather fond of strange. After all most have always been rather insistent on the fact that she's strange. Even her own sister. Family is complicated.

[ Strange has been Yamada's shield for some time. He got so sick of trying to find somewhere he fit, he made sure there was nowhere he could. So much easier to be a weird story to tell, passing through people's lives as shallowly as possible. He's trying to change, connect with people.
And he'll take all the strange he can get.
